• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, or longer if relevant to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jiliapk's data disposal procedures.

The jiliapk Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jiliapk does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliapk becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations, and the personal data will be deleted as soon as practicable.
