These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliapk ("jiliapk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliapk website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

jiliapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

To access the full range of jiliapk services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jiliapk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jiliapk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide supporting documentation upon request, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID card);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

jiliapk will not open or maintain accounts in the name of corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities. Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual player only.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliapk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify jiliapk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jiliapk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never disclose your password in response to any unsolicited communication, even if it appears to originate from jiliapk.

jiliapk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jiliapk accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players in accordance with local regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliapk reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is identified, and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your jiliapk wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. jiliapk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱30. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. jiliapk reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in your own name and matching the details on your jiliapk account.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements must be played through in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• jiliapk reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

jiliapk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Bank transfers may take additional business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

jiliapk reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

jiliapk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jiliapk promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• jiliapk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the jiliapk Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jiliapk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and randomness of all game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jiliapk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;

Any unauthorized use of jiliapk's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jiliapk and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliapk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

jiliapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliapk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliapk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiliapk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliapk implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jiliapk cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jiliapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

You may close your jiliapk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiliapk, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jiliapk will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the jiliapk Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
